Bayside, led by Chef Joe Hughes, introduces Cayman's hottest new restaurant and bar which opened mid-January 2022. As anticipated, and based on experiencing his cooking at a number of culinary events in Cayman, Chef Joe's menu is made up of a mix of culinary styles ranging from Thai to Vietnamese to English to Italian and is presented as Small Bites, Mains, Pizzas, Sandwiches, Salads and Desserts.
With his experience in the West country in the UK and other locations around the world, he is introducing contemporary cuisine at an affordable price point. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and serves artisan coffee, cocktails, mocktails, beers and wine.
Bayside restaurant is located next to Jacques Scott in West Bay in the old Boggy Sands Cafe location.
